'Field' is a short solo for percussion and four resonating snare drums. It is part of a much larger work entitled Lyra, which is a co-production of Post:Ballet and The Living Earth Show.
Percussionist Andy Meyerson, for whom Field was written, premiered the work at Z Below in September 2019 as part of Humble Servant, an evening of solo percussion works that explores tension, repetition, ritual and resonance.
